  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, ensuring that boot boxes are placed inside a separate shipping carton to avoid damage.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
